I'm Staci.

I was born and raised in Texas, and I grew up loving everything fashion.  My favorite pastime was collecting J Crew magazines and circling the items that I wish I had in my closet.  I was a catalog "hoarder" before I even knew what that word meant.  I channeled that “skill” into a full-time career as a shoe buyer, my dream job, but I also picked up some other loves along the way.   

My love of food rivals my current love for high-waist jeans.  Say no to low waisted and I’m not too fond of the mid waist.  High waist jeans allow you to eat more food and drink more wine without looking like the Pillsbury Doughboy.  Fashion Tip #1.  You’re welcome.  Speaking of wine, my love for it may outrank food.  I can go to bed without eating a full dinner, but a nightly glass of red is simply good for the soul.  I think that’s in the bible.  If not, it should be.   

And last, my love for travel shall not be ignored.  My work travel keeps me busy, but I try to sneak in a few personal trips a year.  My career takes me to great cities like NYC, LA and everywhere in between.  So I usually try to add on a few extra nights for personal exploration, which saves me a little money.
